Fruit Orchards Horné Lefantovce
Ťažár, apple orchards, is a modern fruit-growing farm which is specialized on production of a wide range of apples. We are BONUM sales group members. We run our own farm at the area of 50 hectares. Orchards comprise 24 hectares.
The farm is situated in the mountain area of Tribeč.
Specific microclimatic conditions, the sunshine length, the difference between day and night temperature and soil structure contribute to intensive colouring and excellent taste qualities of fruit
We grow trees in a shape of slim spindle.
We apply the principle of integrated protection. It is the rational use of planting steps which minimize the use of plant-protecting chemicals.
The fruit grown in this way protects the environment and suits the requirements of a demanding consumer.
